Limited Lifetime Warranty
ENROAD products (eligible items only) come with a limited lifetime warranty starting from the date of purchase, as long as the product is used under normal conditions.
If your product fails or becomes unusable, we’ll be there to support you with after-sales service.
What's covered:
Any defects in material, craftsmanship, or manufacturing that lead to damage or loss of function under normal use conditions.
What's not covered:
· Damage caused by improper use, like speeding, overloading, or accidents.
· Damage from improper storage, such as keeping the product in high heat environments (e.g., clear roof garages).
· Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect performance, like scratches, cracks, fading, paint chips, or stains from long-term use.
· Damage due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
· Issues caused by improper installation or use not in line with the official manual.
· Product damage from unauthorized disassembly or modifications.
· Other exclusions as listed in Section 3 of ENROAD's Service Policy.
Important Notes:
The limited lifetime warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Products purchased from unauthorized ENROAD dealers or distributors are not eligible for the limited lifetime warranty and are covered by a 2-year warranty instead. Other non-lifetime parts follow the warranty terms in Section 7.
Warranty Registration:
To activate your limited lifetime warranty, please register your product on our official website.
Note: Unregistered products are eligible for statutory warranty but won't be covered by the limited lifetime warranty. All warranty claims require proof of purchase, anti-counterfeit code, and product details.
